Two (2) typed copies of each recipe must accompany each entry and be delivered to the drop off site which is located on the southwest side of the Murphy Fire Station Bay between 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. on September 24, 2011.

Judging will take place at 2:30 p.m. Winners will be announced at 3:00 p.m. The recipe sheet must include the following:

Recipe; printed on one 8 ½ x 11 page. No handwritten recipes please.

The Front of recipe sheet shall contain:
The category of the corn dish, name of the dish, proper ingredient list, measurements, and preparation instructions.

Refrigeration or warming is not available at the contest site. Entries without corn as an ingredient will not be accepted.

Please state the origin of the recipe or if it is an original recipe.

On the BACK of the recipe sheet, the following shall be stated:

• Entrant's name
• Correct mailing address, zip code
• Cell Phone Number (winners will be contacted via cell phone following the judges decision)

By participating in this event, I agree to abide by the contest rules and decisions of the judges. I will agree to release the The City of Murphy and all who participate in the production of this event from any liability without limitations. By entering this contest, I am assigning and transferring to the sponsor all rights, title, interest, and claims to the recipe(s) submitted. Recipes may be printed in whole or altered and printed without any further compensation or approval from me. I grant the City of Murphy the right to use my name and likeness for any future promotions as they see fit without any further compensation and approval.
