I UNDERSTAND THAT BY PERFORMING NO PARTICIPANT IS GUARANTEED TO GO ON TO THE FINALS. IT IS ALSO UNDERSTOOD THAT NO PARTICIPANT IS GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE RECORDING CONTRACTS, RECORD DEALS, STUDIO RESERVATIONS, SPECIAL ACOLADES, GIFTS OR PRIZES OF ANY KIND RELATED TO THE CONTEST.

FURTHER, I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER I AM A PARTICIPANT 18 YEARS OR OLDER, OR A PARENT/GUARDIAN, I ACCEPT AND WILL COMPLY WITH THESE RULES OF CONDUCT. NO FORM OF MISBEHAVIOR, FOUL LANGUAGE, TAUNTING, LOUD OUTBURSTS OF DISAPPROVAL TO ANY PERFORMER WILL BE TOLERATED. THOSE WHO VIOLATE THE RULES OF MISCONDUCT WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE CONTEST.
